Frequently Asked Questions

Can I know about your pricing/packages?

Wedding coverage starts from only $1200 for 4 hours coverage. On a typical full day coverage (12 hours or more), I’ll be there from getting ready in the morning, all the way through to the end of formalities when the dance floor is pumping. This takes the stress out of calculating how many hours of coverage you might need. Other package details can be found here.

How many hours of coverage should I choose?

We reccomend choosing a package with 8-12 hours coverage. This typically gives us enough time to capture the wedding day preparations in the morning, through until everyone is dancing at night. This means we capture all the formalities, but also everyone letting loose at night. I also offer custom packages depending on your needs. Just ask and we can talk further on that.

Do you travel?

Certainly! If you are within Sydney Metro area, then the price is already included. If your wedding is a bit further from Sydney, out of NSW, or even the country, get in touch and I’ll put together a quote for you!

What do you deliver?

All Package inclusions are provided on my rates page. My videography packages for over 8 hours will get one wedding highlights video and also edited long version documentary wedding video from the wedding. So you won’t miss out on anything. Wedding highlights video samples can be found here. All photography packages comes with unlimited number of images edited and provided from the wedding so that you can get best value for money. Premium Wedding Photography Albums can be also added to any of my Photography packages.

How long until we get our photos/videos?

In most cases wedding photos are sent out to couples within 4-6 weeks and wedding photos within 6-8 weeks after their wedding date, but during peak wedding season delivery can take a little longer. I always keep in touch to make sure you’re not waiting any longer than you should be for your photos/videos.

Do you offer raw footage/photos?

I capture a lot of footages or photographs on a wedding day. All of the raw video footages can’t possibly fit into your wedding highlights video. Whilst I don’t offer raw video footage files (it’s a mess of 100s of rando unsorted files), I do offer full edited wedding video with any packages booked for 8 hours or longer so you don’t miss out on anything and most wedding videographers won’t provide you this for the prices I offer. All my wedding photography packages comes with unlimited number of photos and I edit and provide all the usable photos taken on the wedding day. The reason I don’t provide raw photos straight out of camera mostly because they need special software to open on computers and most consumers/clients don’t have those softwares to open those in their computers. But Raw photos or video footages can be purchased for extra cost.

Should I add on another photographer or videographer to my package?

We reccomend adding on another photographer or videographer to your package if your wedding is over 120 guests. This just means that we have twice as many eyes and are able to capture twice as many memories.

What happens if our wedding photographer/videographer is sick on the day?

One of the benefits of choosing us is that we have a number of staff to fall back on. This means that if your photorgapher or videographer was sick on the day, we would be able to replace them with someone with the same amount of experience and skill or higher.

How do we book you?

In order to lock in your wedding date you will need to pay a 25% booking fee as well as sign a contract. Rest of the payment needs to be cleared on or just before the wedding day.

Can we book everything online?

Yes, around 95% of our couples every year book us online after having a phone consultation. We also offer after hours Skype/Zoom/Whatsapp sessions for pre-booking consultation if required. To book your phone consultataion, simply fill out the form below.
